Outsider BBQ is all about bringing people together to enjoy craft meat and good times together. We are dedicated to serving the best quality meat, along with made-from-scratch sides, pickles, and BBQ sauces.

A Few Words About Us​

 

In 2017, the Owner & the Pitmaster, Onur Gulbay moved from Istanbul to Austin, TX. During his time in Austin, Onur’s love for Texas-style BBQ was born and his backyard BBQs were never the same again. After moving to Seattle, Onur decided to do a major career change. After spending 15+ years in tech and consulting, he decided to follow his passion for BBQ. Outsider BBQ started in 2022 out of this passion for Texas-style BBQ with some Outsider touches and a desire to share it.
