Today, we’re reflecting on what we’re most grateful for: you, our incredible community. Two years ago, we took a leap of faith, firing up our first smoker with nothing but passion, a dream, and the hope that our BBQ would resonate with others. Thanks to your support—whether it was braving the rain for a brisket sandwich, sharing your love for BBQ with friends, or cheering us on from afar—we’ve been able to turn that dream into something real.

As we prepare for the exciting next chapter in Frelard, we’re reminded that BBQ has always been about more than food. It’s about gathering, sharing, and celebrating together. So wherever you are today, we hope your table is full, your heart is happy, and your plate is piled high with things you love.
